Easywith planned and produced Flowing Water, Blooming Flowers, a four-sided immersive mapping installation that reinterprets the paintings of artist Byungjong Kim into media art. Inspired by the artist’s own description—“Suryuhwagae is, so to speak, the unfolding of the very first chapter of the world of creation”—the work unfolds a poetic narrative of life, where water and ink mingle, flowers bloom, and birds sing, extending this vision across the entire space.
Comprising seven scenes, the piece captures the flow and vitality of water, and the ensuing interplay of light and color. From the moment ink begins to spread, to the scene where water flows and overflows to embrace the space, the narrative moves through moments that celebrate the gentle energy and life force of water. It then depicts life sprouting within a forest nourished by water, culminating in a finale where the colors of life once again tint the sea in vibrant hues. The complete sequence offers audiences a new kind of immersive experience where traditional painting meets media art.
Through this project, Easywith sought to unite the philosophy of traditional art with the capabilities of modern media technology, creating a unique media art world where artistic sensibility and technical direction blend in perfect harmony.

이지위드는 김병종 작가의 회화 작품을 바탕으로, 그의 예술 세계를 미디어아트로 재해석한 4면 몰입형 맵핑 콘텐츠 ‘수류화개 – 물이 흐르고 꽃이 피다’를 기획·제작했습니다. 작가가 “수류화개는 말하자면 창조세계의 첫 장이 펼쳐지는 광경”이라 설명한 세계관을 토대로, 물과 먹이 어우러져 꽃이 피고 새가 우는 생명의 서사를 공간 전체에 펼쳐냈습니다. 총 7개로 구성된 씬은 물의 흐름과 생명력, 그리고 그로부터 비롯되는 빛과 색의 향연을 시적으로 풀어냅니다. 먹이 번지는 순간부터 물이 흐르고 넘쳐 공간을 감싸는 장면, 그 속에서 물의 선한 기운과 생명의 에너지를 만끽하는 장면, 그리고 물의 생명력으로 숲 속의 생명을 싹틔우고, 생명은 알록달록한 빛깔로 다시 바다를 물들이는 장면으로 마무리되는 전체 서사는 관람객에게 회화와 미디어가 만나는 새로운 몰입 경험을 제공합니다. 이지위드는 이번 프로젝트를 통해 전통 회화의 철학과 현대 미디어 기술의 결합을 시도하며, 예술적 감성과 기술적 연출이 유기적으로 어우러진 고유한 미디어아트 세계를 구현했습니다.
